Refund policy
If you are unhappy with the product after receiving it, you can return the product in it’s original new condition for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
All returns must be in the original box and packed with original packaging material to prevent damage in transit with the shipping company. Please write you original order number on the box as well.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you need to return an item, please email us first asking for an RMA number. Our email address is sales@peter-putter.com.
